Overview

All Sunjin Lee jewelry pieces are made to order. This means that as soon as your order is placed your piece is being individually casted and hand-crafted by our artisan jewelers. For this reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double and triple check your size selection before placing an order. For more sizing (or resizing) information please see our Resizing Section below.

Policy

• All Sunjin Lee jewelry are made to order and are non-returnable. No refunds. No exceptions.

• Gift certificates are non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable.

• Rings resizing charges are non-refundable.

• All items on sale are final sale.

RESIZING

Getting a Ring Resized

If you have purchased a Sunjin Lee ring and need it resized we do offer a resizing service on our jewelry. Pricing, timing, and feasibility all vary depending on the ring style, sizing up, sizing down, and how many sizes up/down. Please email us with your resizing request and we can start from there. SHIPPING

US Domestic Shipping

All orders shipping to the contiguous United States (those are the states that are all connected - not Hawaii and Alaska) qualify for FREE expedited shipping.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship to international non-US addresses.

We charge a flat fee of depending on the destination country which will is assessed at checkout.

If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
